My fellow LB....

Well, recent events occur sooo fast that sometimes I couldnt even allow myself to breath as much.... I've been thinking lately, and I have always been wanting to express such thoughts to you guys... We can really see what are good friends made up off and it is very obvious who are true friends... True friends never lies, true friends thoughts are straight from heart, true friends help with their heart not only actions, true friends understand each other by just looking without speech, true friends love is special.... Being with them is like life without difficulties... whenever I am with LB, it seems life is sooo free and easy without problems... I was seiously disturb recently, it makes me felt loss.. but i came back thanks to gundu... Thanx for everything gundu dear... Many pass problems I faced previously was solved by LB, not only me.... It makes me fell that you all are sooo important in my life.. not much as a fren anymore, but more like a family, a family whom I chose.... sometimes, I really have to thank god for granting me special gifts of life.. LUNCHBOXERS....

in a dilenma too

haisssss!! i'm as confused la. two days ago, suddenly i had a second thought about retaking. because i realise i really fear the process and facing the same old kind of life again. now i'm thinking of uni of london(business). .. cant help being fickle-minded.

i didn't need to re-sit and i already met this criteria. i'm still as torn as korea is, and my parents are trying their best to dissuade me from re-sitting/at least re-sit at a private school. anyway i think i should sign up first, i can always get a refund if i send them a letter by the 30th of june.

other than that, i hate working.

ntu: "2 GCE a level passes and GP at the same sitting" (the ntu undergrad experience, page 68). that means no combining certs.

also, if we retake, will we have to retake spa? that would be highly troublesome.

ntu's around $6000 a year! which is about $10000 less than private unis..

r*d**y says private unis are hopeless. ite students go there. he has friends there..

but will i be able to msater everything in this 8 mths??

should i even consider physiotherapy?!??

to retake or not?

i would like to take a moment to commend your a's, b's and c's. i'm proud of you guys, i know you studied hard(er than i did) so you deserve it. congratulations to retard for being the smartest lunchboxer, piggo for claiming second place and aunty for being the third smartest lunchboxer.

anyway, i'm still torn in a tug of war between retaking or not. on one hand, my basics haven't been good. then again, perhaps one year of foundation studies will make up for that. but i could always try to get better grades to secure a place in a govt uni, which is not only cheaper than most private ones but more reknowned. plus subsidies are a possibility. there's always a chance i don't do well again, so i don't know? someone help? what are the lb's views?

affliated to TMC academy. they claim they have better standing than NTU, but not NUS. have to check up on that. around A$ 1600 per unit. an estimate of 24 units for business. so that's probably around $35000. sounds most promising.

they told me a level holders have to undergo foundation studies first at MC for about 8 months ($8000), then after that to MU if your grades are good enough.

i'm not sure, it will take the same amount of time as retaking (maybe $4000 in a private school) and then it'll still depend on some other exam grade.

what the nice lady told me was to go for business (management) because it's the least specialised, unless you're sure of what you want to be in the business field. lessons there are project based; a kind of continual assesment opposed to the theoretical approach. at the end, your degree will be from the accompanying uni, in this case RMIT.

someone help me check the authenticity or something? i'm tired.

uni talks next weekend. i'm planning to go for NUS on saturday morning, then SMU later that afternoon. NTU sunday morning then SMU the afternoon. i've got the schedule listed out, some of them overlap. anyone?
