Time really do fly eh? We've nearly known one another for 4 yrs already. In our first two years of friendship, it is true, like some of you said, that we weren't actually that close. We just used to hang out alot in school but never really meet up during weekends. We were mainly just enjoying one another's company, but didn't know each individuals in Lunchboxers well enough.
Our friendship really rise to the next level after we left JC. I am really glad that we will still find time to hang out. All of us really put in effort to bond together. We got to know every members better, be it our strength or weaknesses.We treated one another with respect and I can really say that we are getting more and more matured. We had always try our best to be understanding, and had been very accommodating. Well, we did not make a big fuss when someone always cancel our gatherings or could not make it. Instead, we just kept quiet about it, and tell ourselves that there are other much more important priorities, and we try to accommodate to the schedule of the busier ones.
I guess we were rather silly back then. We kinda have the "one for all, all for one" mindset. When one person suddenly couldn't make it for a particular outing, we would cancel the whole plan. This could be the reason why i felt that we didn't really meet up THAT often then (mainly two years ago). Guess we've become smarter, as we learnt to just carry on with the plan even though we dont have full force. Well, we actually had alot more outings then and great fun and memories together. It kinda brought us closer in my opinion too. All the small talks we made at Starbucks, during tanning, lunch, revision at one another's hse or school just let us understand one another more. We have updated news abt one another nearly everyday, which i thought was really awesome. It just shows how strong our friendship is.
You girls had played an important role in my life, taking part in almost all of my most significant events, listening to my complainings and whinings, know all of my darkest secrets and always there to give me great advice. Whenever i encounter anything, I will always msg you girls right away, and you are seldom slow in giving me a reply, which i am really really grateful for. You always know how to cheer me up, since you are among the very few who really knows me.
I just wanna say that i do love you all. No matter what happens, you can always approach me and i just do my best to help out. To me, I will only bother securing friendship with people who will at least show a decent level of concern and sincerity to me and this relationship. Those are the people you call true friends. I mean, which true friends only meet you on special occasion, forget impt dates or days, or don't really bother to keep in touch? You are on my recent contact list, and i bet I am too cuz we've kept in touch so often that i can see your name appear in my inbox every two days. Shows how much we care about one another, right?
Lastly, i have alot of memories with you girls, be it happy moments or just whining about our own bad days. Those are the memories I will keep for life. DUH!! Do you really think it's so easy to forget any incidents??
