yea we definitely felt the great sense of satisfaction after like... 10 months since we were on the running track and on our way to burning calories and removing all those horrendous cellulites(ok we didn't really have them at the first place =P)! yeap piggo n retard, you two don't have any problem in your eyes. we must thank the heaven too, for stopping the rain in time, so that we can't have any excuses for postponing our ever-so-great plan of losing fats. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
actually before we were on the yishun stadium running track, we did some warm ups. that included walking from yishun mrt to YJ(just to realise that YJ don't allow ex students or outsider to come in and use the track, unless we want to join those aunties in the weekday mornings, before 7.15am -.-), and from YJ to yishun stadium, passing by the khatib station. seriously it had been such a long time since i felt excited about EXERCISING... *feeling guilty* well our initial plan was to go YJ and have the run, unfortunately we weren't allowed in. therefore we changed our plan, that is to go to the gym. as we peered through the glass windows of the gym.. we realised one thing. WE DON"T HAVE ENOUGH COURAGE TO GO IN. that's quite sad. firstly, people with slippers and pyjamas are not allowed to enter(rule C and D). and, i don't think i should consider that coincidental, gundu was wearing that 2 things- slippers and pyjamas pants =) anyway our morale was hit at the lowest point when we saw APPROPRIATELY-DRESSED, well-toned and healthy people in the gym. we were kind of afraid that they will look at us in a wierd way, like why are these 2 kukus here??
therefore, we made our final decision, that is to run on the track. firstly we don't need to pay for it. secondly, we think we are more suitable in this environment. no stress at least. to be honest, we ran for 3 rounds and walked for another round. please don't laugh k. today was the best thing i ever did for my health since the last 10 months. a good start i should say...... hmm... we are aiming to increase 1 round each week. hope we can do it!
