hey lb. thanks for hearing me out and also providing me suggestion. woah.. i didn't know that such thing would be so serious enough to involve law. actually after thinking about it, i think there're reasons why the agent wanted me to teach 3 times for free.
after that first lesson, the parent has already given half of the tuition fee which is to be transferred to my agent's account. so immediately after that lesson, i transferred that amount to her. according to her, the amount i had transferred to her was recorded into their account book already. it's very difficult for her in terms of paper work. she had to be accountable to her partner too. whenever they introduce a tutor, they'll get their pay once. so this time round, she need to introduce 2 tutors, so she'll need to get 2 times of fee. the parent is only paying once for the whole month. therefore it seemed that it's fair for the agent, the parent, but not me.
the agent do not want me to tell the parent that i'm not gng to be paid for that 3 lessons, as she don't want the parent to think she's putting me at disadvantage.(so apparently she knew that i'm being put at disadvantage! f***!) so it's not really the mother's fault. and i know parents are like that. i can understand that.
after talking to that mother i also realise my agent lied to her about my age too. *what the hell* then when i exposed my real age and my studies(she told the mother i'm 20 plus and is into my final year of ACCA education. she didn't even tell me that she's gng to tell the mother that.), the mother was quite surprise. then i need to cover up her lies for her too la. wtf. "oh i think she got it wrong la..." was i said. whatever it is, i don't think i'm going take up any tuitions from her already. and regarding this present student, i'll just have to put in my best to prove the parent wrong. actually from the start i don't blame the parent at all. becos she's abit tight in finance, therefore she wants to have a cheaper rate. but she didn't know that this will indirectly cause inconvenience for me. i slso didn't tell her about what my agent had said although she asked. she's also kind enough to ask my agent not to blame me. so i think i'll just continue with her daughter.
after this i realise that if we are working outside, our way of expressing must be versatile and as much as possible, to be pleasing for everybody. it's inevitable to be fake sometimes, but this is how the world is. thanks lb. love u ppl loads=)
